Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) in soil

An easy and reliable method for the determination of the Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in soil samples is introduced. Hereby, different soil samples are extracted with the SpeedExtractor E-916. Afterwards, an aliquot of the extract is evaporated to dryness. The PFAS content is analyzed using LC-MS.
