Customer Support Representative CH

As a Customer Support Representative, you are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure a high level of service throughout the entire customer journey. You combine customer communication with structured order and service coordination in a system-driven environment. In this role, you act as a key interface between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Service, and Operations.

What You Will Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels, handling inbound service and order inquiries
  • Own and coordinate the order management process (Sales & Service) from quotation through to invoicing
  • Handle returns, warranty cases, pricing requests, and order status updates
  • Coordinate service activities with field service technicians and ensure clear communication with customers
  • Maintain and update customer, order, and service data in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP)
  • Create and manage service cases, maintenance contracts, and related documentation
  • Ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented and tracked
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
  • Support inside sales activities and contribute to data quality and administrative tasks

What You Bring

  • Initial professional experience in customer service, order management, or inside sales (approx. 1–3 years), ideally in a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong communication skills with a clear customer-oriented mindset
  • Structured and reliable working style with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Solution-oriented thinking combined with a high level of ownership and commitment
  • Confident handling of digital tools and systems (e.g. MS Office)
  • Fluent German skills, solid English
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or ERP systems (e.g. LN or SAP) is considered a plus
  • Ideally, a background in a technical, industrial, or laboratory-related company
