Als ICT Support Specialist bist du Teil unseres Globalen IT Service Desk Teams und die zentrale Ansprechperson vor Ort an unserem Hauptsitz in Flawil. Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zum global verteilten Service Desk und stellst sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden sowohl lokal als auch im internationalen Umfeld effizient unterstützt werden. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem 2nd und 3rd Level Support vor Ort zusammen.
Head ICT Operations 80-100% (m/w/d)
You take ownership of a global IT operations landscape that is evolving, from traditionally managed services towards a more integrated, in-house and product-oriented operating model. Together with your teams, you ensure that around 800 employees worldwide rely on stable, secure and high-performing digital services, while continuously improving how these services are delivered. At the same time, you actively shape how we run IT operations globally, bringing clarity, structure and measurable impact into our organisation.
Chromatography Sales Specialist
In this position you coordinate with our local account managers to support academic sales and leverage existing relationships to position BUCHI’s chromatography equipment portfolio at key accounts. So you develop new relationships and grow sales entirely focused on chromatography equipment and consumables. You liaise with customer service, field service, and the corporate headquarters in Switzerland and report directly to the Chromatography Business Unit Manager of BUCHI Corporation.
NIR Sales Representative
As a key member of the BUCHI US/CAN Team you have the primary responsibility of providing direct sales tasks, as well as efforts through distribution partners for all NIR products across the US and Canada for dedicated segments. You will liaise with corporate headquarters in the USA, provide technical sales solutions for all NIR products, as well as post-sales support to the installed customer base and other defined activities.
Regional Service Leader Europe
The Regional Service Leader Europe is responsible for driving the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the service business across the region. The role connects local service teams with global strategy, ensuring alignment on processes, portfolio, and commercial priorities. The position focuses on improving service revenue, strengthening service profitability, and enhancing customer experience by enabling local markets and service teams through structure, tools, and best practices. This is a cross-functional role without direct line management, requiring strong influencing skills and close collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
