Sales and Service Engineer

What makes your everyday life exciting?

• Proactively act to understand customer needs and identify solutions
• Develop sales leads and opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, prospecting, building rapport, providing technical information and preparing quotations 
• Effectively qualify targeted leads to identify needs, budget, timeframe, and key decision-makers to start the sales process 
• Strong cooperation with field sales team to reach common sales target and optimize customer management
• Using company CRM and sales enablement tool to give professional support to our customers 
• Service support to Portuguese customers. 

What skills do you need to bring?

• Native Portuguese, fluent in English and Spanish language. 
• Bachelor’s degree in science, preferably in chemistry, agriculture or food science and technology.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal, written and phone communication skills with a strong interest in interacting directly with customers
• Skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships
• High degree of knowledge and experience with MS-Office programs
