  • Ensure an optimized payment for raw milk
  • Measure several parameters simultaneously (e.g. protein,
    moisture, fat, lactose, pH, cryoscopic index)
  • Establish a firewall against adulteration (e.g. melamine)

 

  • Rapidly quantify constituents in intermediate products
  • Control quality consistency during processing
  • Control moisture and fat content in butter or milk powder production
