The Vacuum Pump V-710 is working in a three stage mode: the first two heads are conveying in parallel whereas the two following heads are in series. This results in a high suction volume combined with a low ultimate vacuum. This makes this pump to an optimal vacuum source for the Rotavapor R-220.

The ECO²-Mode has been developed for application as drying samples over night, evaporation of high boiling point solvents at low vacuum or because of budget reasons.
